the Indian hospital does thousands more operations at tens of thousands less---saving many more lives..
so why are we letting American die by the thousands again?

Oh yeah. We are not quite down to the 3rd world level yet. There is still hope. But give BHO time and we will be ahead of Kenya in no time. What a goal - to be India's equal.

have you been in Marion lately?
kenya is a hell of a lot better---and much more honest government too!

go to any conservative run city and you will see high unemployment, high sex crimes, high welfare, poor education and lot of churhes---filled with hypocrites and crackers!

when Marion can stop looking like a 3rd world commuity--then you can say something---my community is thriving--my house went up in value $50,000 last 2 months!

how is YOUR house doing?

"My mind is made up and don't confuse me with facts!"

All this propaganda is nonsense about an achievement that will save American jobs and lower costs while preserving quality health care (and improving it).
When this is widely liked - and the nay-sayers have been shown to be - not just wrong - but foolish, then we'll know America did the right thing.
